You will be prompted to create an account for the online application process. You will create your unique user name and password and use a secure email address to create your profile. Once you complete your profile you are ready to start the online application experience.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.  

 

What this means for you:

When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

You can start any of the three online applications for a purchase, refinance, or construction loan.  Once you submit your application it will be reviewed and assigned to a Loan Officer.  A Loan Officer will be in contact with you soon about what to do next so we can help meet all your home loan needs.

 

What to Expect

The loan officer will contact you regarding your request and you will be asked to provide additional documentation.  Using the borrower profile you created to begin the online application process, you can also securely send and share information and documentation as requested. The borrower profile allows this step to be seamless and streamlines the workflow so that we can provide you with a faster loan process.
